Charlie Kirk Memorial Ceremony Scheduled in Arizona

Conservative activist Charlie Kirk is set to be honored at a large public ceremony this Sunday at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona. The event is expected to feature speeches from President Donald Trump and Vice President J.D. Vance, among others.

The re-service ceremony, part of Turning Point USA’s “American Comeback Tour,” will kick off at Utah Valley University on September 10. It’s anticipated to draw a crowd of tens of thousands, including prominent White House officials and a host of young conservatives, particularly those who were influenced by Kirk before his death at age 31.

Trump expressed his intention to attend the memorial for Kirk but acknowledged he “has no words to actually explain what happened.” He remarked, “He had an army of young people. They loved him so much. So they’re devastated now. Everyone is devastated.”

The memorial, titled “Legacy Building: Remembering Charlie Kirk,” is set to start at 11 a.m. local time and will have limited seating based on the stadium’s capacity. Turning Point USA, the organization Kirk founded in 2012, released guidelines for attendees, which include dress codes and a strict no-bag policy.

State Farm Stadium, home to the NFL’s Arizona Cardinals, has a fixed seating capacity of 63,400, which can be expanded to accommodate more than 73,000 for large events.

In addition to Trump, other speakers scheduled for the event include Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., National Intelligence Director Pete Hegseth, and former Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard, among others. Erika Kirk, Charlie’s widow and the new CEO of Turning Point USA, will also address the gathering.

The memorial will be broadcast on the Fox News Channel and streamed on Fox News Digital.
