Turning Point USA is on the verge of establishing a chapter—TPUSA or Club America—on every high school and university campus across the United States. Spokesman Andrew Corvette provided this update Tuesday night, noting that the surge in interest followed a memorial for Charlie Kirk held on Sunday.
Corvette said, “Major Update – After the memorial for Charlie on Sunday, TPUSA saw a significant influx of requests to create new chapters.” He mentioned that prior to the memorial, there were around 60,000 inquiries, but this number has now skyrocketed.
“Since Sunday, we’ve gathered over 120,000 inquiries,” he noted, giving a broader perspective. “Taking into account some attrition and duplication means we’re on track to have a TPUSA or Club America presence at all high schools and universities nationwide.”
Millions tuned in for a heartfelt service on Sunday that celebrated Kirk’s life and legacy. Corvette revealed that their production and streaming partners monitored the overall viewership for the tribute.
“What they discovered is quite remarkable, perhaps even larger than expected,” he explained. “Over 100 million people have now heard the Gospel being proclaimed repeatedly after each speaker. This is significant—especially for Charlie.”
In light of these updates, Turning Point USA will also be highlighted on the College Speaking Tour initiated by Kirk. Prominent figures have joined, including Michael Knowles, Megyn Kelly, Virginia Governor Glen Youngkin, Alex Clark, Senator Mike Lee (R-UT), Andy Biggs (R-AZ), Jason Chaffetz, Vivek Ramaswamy, Glenn Beck, and Tucker Carlson.
According to reports from Breitbart News, the next event at Virginia Tech will feature Kelly and Beck, while Carlson will lead an event at Indiana University Bloomington on October 21st.
The tour dates and speakers were announced just weeks after Kirk’s tragic assassination during the first event of his Turning Point Tour at Utah Valley University. Millions watched the memorial service on Sunday, where speakers shared the gospel of Jesus Christ, capturing Kirk’s essence and inspiring courage in his political endeavors. Clips from the event showed many attendees standing to affirm their faith as Kirk’s pastor, Rob McCoy, delivered poignant remarks.
