New footage reveals Bryan Kohberger shopping peacefully just hours after killing four students.

A shocking video has emerged showing Brian Coberger, who was convicted of murdering four University of Idaho students, visiting a Costco shortly after the crime.

The footage captures Coberger casually interacting at the Costco in Clarkston, Washington, which is about 30 miles from the scene of the murders in Moscow. He was dressed in a green button-up shirt, dark pants, and sneakers.

Coberger appeared to sip from a water bottle while mostly keeping his left hand tucked in his pants pocket. This was the same hand that suffered an injury when he used the murder weapon earlier that day.

This video, first shared by crime podcaster Grey Hughes, portrays a chilling image of a man who also visited a coffee shop and an Albertsons supermarket on the day of the murders, which occurred on November 13, 2022. There’s another clip that shows him driving a white Hyundai Elantra.

Hughes remarked on the oddity of Coberger’s actions, especially noting how he attempted to go into Costco without being a member. “It’s pretty strange he thought he could just buy a drink without a card or anything,” he commented.

He expressed disbelief at Coberger’s seemingly “normal” demeanor, considering he had just committed such a heinous act just hours prior.

Reflecting on the situation, Hughes pointed out that anyone around would likely suspect he had something to do with the slaying of four people only eight hours earlier.

Coberger has since admitted guilt in the tragic deaths of Madison Mogen, Kaylee Goncalves, Ethan Chapin, and Xana Kernodle, which occurred while they were at their off-campus residence. Although he pled guilty, the motivation behind the crime remains unclear.

As part of his plea deal, he avoided the death penalty and the stress of a trial, receiving four life sentences in prison instead.
