"We Will Locate You": Trump Official Suggests Using ICE At Super Bowl

Immigration Concerns Surrounding Super Bowl Halftime Show

Corey Lewandowski, former Trump campaign manager, has put forth the idea that immigration agents could potentially be present at the 2025 Super Bowl, where Bad Bunny is slated to headline the halftime show.

In a recent interview on Benny Johnson’s podcast, Lewandowski warned about the lack of a safe haven for undocumented immigrants. “There’s no place to provide a safe haven, not the Super Bowl,” he stated. He emphasized that, under the current administration, immigration authorities might indeed be at the event. “We’ll find you,” he added, claiming they would arrest and deport those without legal status.

A spokesperson from the Department of Homeland Security echoed his sentiments, stating that there are no sanctuaries in the U.S. for violent, criminal, and undocumented individuals.

Bad Bunny’s selection as the halftime performer has drawn significant criticism, particularly from conservative circles. This choice comes after the artist purposefully skipped a recent tour date, which added to the backlash.

Lewandowski mentioned that during the Super Bowl, Bad Bunny had expressed sentiments about uniting rather than separating people. He asserted that immigration enforcement will reach all entertainment venues, indicating that it doesn’t matter if it’s a concert for someone like Johnny Smith or Bad Bunny.

As an advisor to DHS Executive Director Kristi Noem, Lewandowski framed his remarks as a reflection of the Trump administration’s immigration priorities. “We’re going to enforce anywhere because we’re making Americans safe. That’s an instruction from the president,” he said, suggesting that individuals here illegally should take the initiative to leave voluntarily. He offered that departing could lead to a chance for legal return.

“Whether you’re here for two minutes or 20 years, we will find you,” he warned. “We’re going to deport you, so we just know what’s coming.” This reinforces a stance that appears unwavering, even if some may view it as overly harsh.
