Teresa Giudice Reflects on Family Tensions with Joe and Melissa Gorga

Teresa Giudice has shared her thoughts regarding her strained relationship with her brother Joe Gorga and his wife, Melissa. During an appearance on Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea,” she expressed a willingness to move forward.

“Time always helps you forget the anger,” the “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star remarked while promoting her role in FOX’s “Special Forces: The World’s Toughest Test,” where she participated alongside her daughter, Gia. “But now… I’ve been married for three years. He didn’t come to my wedding, so that left us silent for three years.”

Teresa tied the knot with Louis Ruelas in August 2022, but Joe and Melissa were notably absent from the ceremony. This absence has contributed to escalating tensions that have played out during the recent season of “RHONJ.”

She reflected on the importance of not dwelling on the past. “You shouldn’t talk about previous issues… because that doesn’t begin to solve anything,” she said. “I think it’s best to move on, rather than revisit old wounds.”

As speculation swirls around the future of “RHONJ,” reports indicate that Melissa is testing the waters with possible new cast members, while Teresa hasn’t been included in those discussions.

At a recent awards event, Melissa commented on Teresa’s remarks, saying, “The truth is, the doors have been closed for the last year.” She expressed confusion over Teresa’s recent statements about keeping options open for reconciliation.

Melissa further noted, “It’s quite strange to suddenly say that when neither of us has been in contact for two years.”

Observers are keenly interested in whether the Gorgas and Giudices can mend their rift or if the divide will remain permanent.
