Rob Kardashian Returns to Reality TV
Rob Kardashian is making a comeback on reality television after stepping away in 2016. He had been part of the family’s E! series, Keeping Up with the Kardashians, and appeared in various spin-offs, including Khloé & Lamar and Rob & Chyna. While he has shown up on the Hulu reboot of the family show through phone calls, he hasn’t been filmed on camera until now.
In the first episode of season 7 of The Kardashians, Kris Jenner brings together the entire family at her Hidden Hills home for a farewell gathering before selling the property.
“All the kids are here tonight,” Kris shared. “My kids, my grandkids, and even Rob mean the world to me.”
Though Rob isn’t wired with a microphone and doesn’t have confessional moments, viewers catch glimpses of him chatting with his mom from the couch and enjoying family time with his sisters, daughter, nieces, and nephews.
“Yeah, guys. Rob’s here,” Khloé mentions in her confessional. “I know everyone wants him back, and we do, too.”
“Rob is okay. He’s alive,” Khloé added. “Some of the rumors are getting out of hand. There are these wild theories suggesting he lives with me and that we’re hiding him away. He’s definitely not some lost soul living under a bridge. We’re all good.”
Khloé isn’t alone in wanting more time with her brother. Kourtney Kardashian commented, “Rob and I share a lot of similarities. He’s incredibly sweet and the funniest person I know. I love having him around.” Kim Kardashian chimed in, expressing, “I miss him on the show; his humor is unmatched. It’d be awesome to have him back regularly—that’s the plan.”
It sounds promising that this hope might come true. In some flashbacks, Rob can be heard expressing discomfort about returning to the show, saying he “doesn’t feel good.” Let’s keep our fingers crossed!
