Hunter Biden Critiques Jake Tapper’s Journalism
Hunter Biden did not hold back when expressing his disdain for CNN’s Jake Tapper, labeling his work as “poor journalism.” He even suggested that Tapper’s book might have been generated by ChatGPT and claimed that his coworkers aren’t particularly fond of him.
During a recent discussion on Mediaite reporter Tommy Christopher’s Substack, Hunter touched on Tapper co-authoring a book titled “Original Sin,” which delves into former President Joe Biden’s mental decline.
“I’m an asshole and I say this and that and this and that. And you know what? Read my book for my dastardly deeds. I wrote everything about it,” Hunter remarked.
He emphasized that addiction and divorce are “really, really, really ugly” and stated he doesn’t live to impress Tapper, labeling the journalism as “bad.”
Hunter took a critical look at Tapper’s standing in the industry, calling him “irrelevant.” He mentioned that, according to him, Tapper ranked “35th to 40th” among cable news programs, noting the audience for these shows is decreasing.
“I don’t know many people who like Jake. I really don’t. And I lived in Washington, D.C., for a very long time,” Hunter added. “I think the same could be said for me, but I don’t know many of his colleagues who like him or respect him.”
He also criticized Tapper’s recent book, “Race to Terror,” which covers the challenges faced by jihadists. “I think Jake needs at least four months to chill out on ChatGPT and give us his next book,” Hunter commented, leaving Christopher visibly surprised.
Additionally, Hunter pointed out that CNN frequently allowed Tapper to promote “Original Sin” before its launch, implying it felt more like an infomercial.
CNN has not yet responded to requests for comment.
