Jeremy Renner criticizes movie partner after she alleges he sent inappropriate images and threatened to contact immigration authorities.

Jeremy Renner has refuted allegations made by his former business partner, Yi Chou, who claimed he sent her “intimate” photos and threatened to contact immigration authorities.

A representative for Renner stated that the claims are “completely inaccurate and untrue.”

Chou took to Instagram on Monday to share her side, stating that Renner began reaching out to her in June, initially sending “personal, intimate photos of himself.”

“He convinced me of his sincerity, saying he had been single for a long time and was open to a long-term relationship,” she explained. “I believed in him, the power of love, and the possibility of salvation.”

Chou, who worked with Renner on the documentary “The Chronicles of Disney” and the animated film “Stardust Future: Stars and Scars,” also claimed he had a written contract with the production company but later denied any personal or professional relationship.

She recounted an incident where, when she confronted him about past misconduct, he threatened to involve Immigration and Customs Enforcement against her. “This behavior deeply shocked and horrified me,” Chou expressed.

On Monday, she further alleged that Renner sent videos featuring male porn actors.

Later, in an interview with the Daily Mail, she detailed her claims and shared a screenshot of a WhatsApp video Renner allegedly sent, which included a clip of adult film actors. Along with it, he reportedly asked, “Oh yeah? 🤤 Is this okay??”

Chou asserted that she has a “collection of photos and pornographic GIFs that he sent.” She clarified, “I didn’t contact him. He chased me. I didn’t even know his name and I’d never seen any of his movies. He used me, he negated me, he negated our work.”

Initially, their exchanges blossomed into a brief romantic involvement.

Previously, Chou expressed enthusiasm about their relationship, mentioning to the Daily Mail that they had “found new love” following her recovery from a serious snowplow accident. This came after Renner hinted at their romance by sharing moments of them biking in her hometown of Reno, Nevada.

Renner was formerly married to Sonni Pacheco, with whom he shares joint custody of their 12-year-old daughter, Eva. In a 2019 court filing, Pacheco accused him of serious allegations including drug abuse and threats involving their daughter, which Renner dismissed as “nonsense.”
