Julianne Hough Shows Off Toned Abs in Sauna Selfie
Julianne Hough recently shared a selfie that highlighted her sculpted abs while lounging in a sauna.
The “Dancing with the Stars” host donned a small yellow bikini in an Instagram Story posted on Tuesday. At 37, she gazed down at the camera, droplets of sweat glistening on her skin.
Her radiant complexion was also evident as she made direct eye contact with the camera.
In her post, Hough included a yellow heart emoji to match her swimsuit.
This dancer clearly enjoys the sauna experience. Just last June, she showcased her fitness in a brown bikini, flexing in the sauna while sharing the moment with her followers.
Hough shared that she commits to exercising at least five times a week, which includes walks in the hills with her dog. In an interview with E! News last March, she mentioned that even short bursts of activity matter to her.
“Exercise, whether it’s just 10 minutes or even five, it’s important for me to move my body,” she stated.
She emphasized the importance of focusing her energy, expressing her thoughts on health and fitness.
“This is a time of energetic health. If you can shift your energy, you can shift your mindset, and then your physical condition will follow,” she explained. “We’ve often worked the other way around, thinking if I’m just physical, my body will look better. But concentrating on my energy seems to yield fitness benefits too.”
In response to some fans who raised concerns about her appearance after she shared a video of a spa day in October 2024, Hough defended her body, stating, “My body has never been healthier.” She reflected on her past struggles with inflammation and autoimmune issues, emphasizing the positive changes she’s made over the past year and a half.
“I’ve been freezing my eggs for the past few years, which has altered my physical dynamics,” she mentioned, feeling healthier and happier overall.
Hough also highlighted the importance of processing emotions, noting that “grief, loss, and fear can accumulate in the body.” In a light-hearted moment, she addressed a troll by sharing a video of herself enjoying a cheeseburger.
