Heidi Klum and Son Henry Take Center Stage

Heidi Klum is stepping into the limelight—this time alongside her son.

The supermodel, at 52, graces the cover of Elle Germany’s latest issue, featuring her 20-year-old son Henry Samuel. It’s their first joint magazine shoot, shot by renowned photographer Rankin, who has captured Klum’s essence for over two decades. In their shared space, they delve into various topics, like career choices, family insights, and the shifts within America’s modeling scene.

“Who is this handsome man next to me?” Klum exclaimed. She affectionately introduced Henry on Instagram, expressing pride and love. Henry is her second oldest child; he joins sisters Leni (21) and Lou (16), as well as his brother Johan (19), all from her previous marriage to Seal.

The cover features Klum sporting an Akris feathered dress and Bucherer diamond bangles while holding Aigner’s fringed mini bag—interesting, as she’s now the face of the heritage brand. Her arm lovingly drapes around Henry’s shoulders.

Henry made his runway debut at the Lena Erziak haute couture show during Paris Fashion Week earlier this year. Notably, he landed his first solo magazine cover with Hunger, also photographed by Rankin, shortly after. He recently signed with NEXT Management, aiming to boost his fashion and entertainment career.

Klum reflected on her three-decade journey in modeling, noting a significant transformation in the industry towards inclusivity. She remarked, “Even someone like me can find a spot on a magazine cover,” pointing out the progress for curvy and plus-size models, a change she views as highly positive.

As for advice for the next generation, she emphasized the importance of good posture. Henry admitted he struggled with this due to his video gaming habits but appreciated his mother’s lessons in building self-confidence along the way.
