Ingraham Warns of Dangerous Rhetoric from Minnesota Dems

During her opening monologue on Wednesday, Laura Ingraham, the host of FNC’s “The Ingraham Angle,” expressed concerns over the Minnesota Democratic Party’s intense rhetoric, suggesting it could lead to increased violence, particularly targeted at Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents.

INGRAHAM: There’s a clear pattern here. Democrats tend to side with criminals rather than law enforcement. And the Minnesota Democratic Party appears to take it a step further. Instead of trying to de-escalate, they seem to incite more violence, especially against ICE agents.

MINNEAPOLIS MAYOR JACOB FRY (D): What they’re doing is creating confusion and mistrust. They are tearing families apart, causing chaos in our streets, and, in this instance, leading to a death. It seems they are attempting to frame this as an act of self-defense. I watched my video, and I want to share it with you directly.

Ingraham: Wow, that was quick. Just a few hours had passed, and the Mayor had already conducted a thorough investigation. He effectively appointed himself as judge and jury, labeling ICE agents as murderers. By perpetuating these falsehoods and slandering ICE, Frey is endangering every immigration officer on duty.

Frey: This is a message to ICE from Minneapolis: We don’t need you here. You claim you’re here for safety, but that’s not the case. People are in pain. Families are being split apart. Long-time Minneapolis residents who contribute to our city’s culture and economy are being terrorized, and now someone has died.

INGRAHAM: It’s embarrassing for him. We know even if an ICE officer was shot by a protester, Frey would still find a way to criticize Trump. Nothing like today’s administration exists. Noem thinks the video speaks volumes.

KRISTI NOEM, SECRETARY OF HOMELAND SECURITY: This seems like an effort to injure personnel—domestic terrorism. The ICE officer acted defensively, fearing for his life and the safety of others. He utilized his training to protect himself and his colleagues.

(end video clip)

INGRAHAM: It’s worth noting she was at the border earlier, concerned for the agents’ safety. She even flew to Minneapolis for a press conference. I want to see what the investigation uncovers, but it’s clear these agents are in a highly dangerous environment. Ultimately, Democrats seem to be promoting anti-police and anti-ICE sentiments because they think it serves them politically. They’re responding to extremist supporters who view all ICE agents as racists enforcing unjust laws and feel justified in harassing them. However, one must wonder if Democrats are truly afraid of these confrontations.

Frey: We’ve dreaded this moment since ICE arrived in Minneapolis. It’s a long-standing concern we’ve voiced. They’re not providing safety to our city. Their actions aren’t securing America.

(end video clip)

INGRAHAM: His words are outrageous. They seem desperate to divert attention from the Somalia fraud investigation uncovering voter corruption. Governor Walz was eager to shift the focus today but remained duplicitous, calling for calm while denouncing ICE operations and the Trump administration.

(start of video clip)

Gov. Tim Walz (D-MN): Is this disrespectful? Have you no manners? An innocent person died for no reason. I wish I wasn’t right about this, but I warned that these actions would lead to chaos and potential death, and here we are. Let’s ensure this investigation proceeds properly and protect your neighbors. While we encourage the exercise of First Amendment rights, please do so peacefully.

(end video clip)

INGRAHAM: If there’s anyone here with blood on their hands, it’s Walz. Let’s not forget what he claimed just months ago.

(start of video clip)

WALZ: Donald Trump’s modern-day Gestapo is snatching people off the streets and putting them in unmarked vans, wearing masks, to torture dungeons in foreign countries.

(end video clip)

INGRAHAM: That’s quite a dramatic statement. Aside from calling on the National Guard, which, as Mike noted, is a reasonable response tonight, it seems those in power have learned nothing from the chaos during the Floyd riots. I was there reporting on it. Minneapolis police abandoned their own precinct to arsonists in 2020, resulting in total disorder and hundreds of millions in damages, which then spilled across the country. Instead of trying to calm tensions, the actions of Democrats and radicals appear to be encouraging the worst impulses in people.

Democrats are aware of this reality and seem fine with it. Just look at what happened in Dallas: people ramming cars, attacking officials with bricks, and even firing shots. Democrats should feel shame tonight. Voters, please pay attention to who your politicians really serve—they are good people in Minnesota.
