The Buffalo Bills are gearing up for a much-anticipated playoff rematch today.
At 1 p.m., quarterback Josh Allen and his teammates will look to take revenge on the Jacksonville Jaguars after their earlier loss in the Wild Card Round on January 3, 2018, which took place at Everbank Stadium.
As they enter this matchup, Trevor Lawrence’s Jaguars, boasting a record of 13-4, are on a remarkable eight-game winning streak. Although they have that impressive record and home field advantage, it’s important not to overlook Buffalo’s playoff experience.
Under head coach Sean McDermott, the Bills have excelled, winning eight out of the last nine years, save for Allen’s 6-10 rookie season in 2018, and they’ve appeared twice in the AFC Championship game during that period.
“We’re here, and some degree of… seasoning has been brought in,” McDermott commented during a press conference.
