ICE Targets Dangerous Criminal Illegal Aliens
Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is actively working to remove the most dangerous criminal illegal aliens from communities across America.
On Tuesday, the Department of Homeland Security shared information about the arrests of five illegal aliens, as highlighted in a press release obtained by Blaze News.
“What the media and sanctuary politicians don’t want the American public to know is that 70 percent of ICE arrests involve illegal aliens who have been charged or convicted of a crime in the U.S.,” stated a DHS representative.
DHS reported that ICE apprehended some notably dangerous individuals, including those convicted of serious crimes like first-degree rape, murder, and child arson.
One of those arrested was Eduardo Salgado Martinez, a Mexican national previously convicted of first-degree rape of a child in Benton County, Washington. It was noted that he had evaded law enforcement for many years following his 1995 crimes, which involved two boys aged 7 and 6, whom he was babysitting.
Salgado-Martinez’s brother also faced similar accusations.
ICE agents also arrested Fermín Flores-Lamares, another Mexican national convicted of rape in New York City.
Khanh Tuan Pham, a Vietnamese national, was taken into custody for crimes that included murder, conspiracy, vehicle theft, and possession of stolen property in San Diego, California.
Miguel Molina Palacios, an undocumented immigrant from El Salvador, was arrested as well. He had a prior conviction for arson in Queens, New York.
Additionally, ICE apprehended Everado Javier Sanchez Rivera, a Mexican national with a criminal history that includes burglary, in Harris County, Texas.
Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin expressed, “Our nation’s ICE agents risk their lives daily to apprehend illegal aliens who are the worst of the worst. The recent arrests included child rapists, murderers, and arsonists.” She emphasized that despite facing intense criticism and threats, the agents remain committed to their duties and focus on removing violent offenders from society.
