Celebrity Gathering in Los Angeles
A number of prominent sports figures from Southern California, like Mookie Betts, Aaron Donald, and James Harden, mingled with Tom Brady and a host of other stars at a lively event in Los Angeles on Tuesday.
Held at the Intuit Dome, the gathering celebrated the new project by Michael Rubin and Michael D. Ratner. Fanatics Studios also joined the festivities, providing drinks, snacks, and plenty of laughter for several hours.
Among the attendees were notable names such as Hailey Bieber, Kendall Jenner, Travis Scott, and Kid LaRoy, along with athletes like Jared Goff, Antonio Gates, and Adrian Gonzalez.
During the event, athletes and celebrities previewed Rubin and Ratner’s latest sports entertainment initiative. Brady spoke about the upcoming Fanatics Flag Football Classic, set to take place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
He shared that he would play as the captain and quarterback for the Founders, one of the three competing teams. Additionally, Commanders player Jaden Daniels was announced as the leader of another team called the Wildcats.
Brady and Daniels had some playful exchanges on stage, with Brady taking a few humorous jabs at former rivals, particularly targeting the Commanders quarterback.
“I’ll treat you like I’ve treated all the Jets and Bills,” Brady quipped. “They didn’t win much, so I don’t expect much from you all either.”
He also mentioned that the draft for selecting the teams would happen shortly before Super Bowl LX in Santa Clara, California, mentioning that he had tried to get Donald involved.
“Aaron Donald is here,” Brady noted. “Aaron, are you out? Let’s get you back in this game. We can work around your schedule.”
Brady wrapped up his speech by announcing Travis Scott’s participation in the tournament, which is set to be officially canceled on March 21.
As for future gatherings, it looks like Fanatics has plans for more parties as Super Bowl week approaches.
