Top DFS selections for Bears and Rams in the Divisional round

This Sunday, the Chicago Bears are set to face off against the Los Angeles Rams. As it stands, the Rams hold a 3.5-point edge as the favorites on the road, with the over/under line marked at 48.5 points. Expect some chilly weather, with temperatures dropping into the teens and wind chills potentially reaching sub-zero levels.

Now, let’s explore some DFS strategies for this divisional round matchup.

Puka Nacua, WR, Rams (FLEX $13,400, CPT $20,100)

Nacua is the most expensive player in this game, and it’s easy to see why. He racked up 18 targets in last week’s wild-card clash with the Panthers, catching 10 passes for 111 yards and one touchdown. He also added three rushing attempts for 14 yards and another score—totaling 21 touches. Since Week 11, he hasn’t seen fewer than nine targets in a game.

Blake Collum, RB, Rams (FLEX $7,400, CPT $11,100)

Collum has shown some real talent, going toe-to-toe with Kyren Williams in recent matchups. Personally, I’m a fan of both Matthew Stafford and Caleb Williams, along with Nacua and Davante Adams in this game; however, those choices might stretch budgets thin. I’m considering Collum for some relief, especially if things don’t go well for the Rams. It’s a bit of a gamble to suggest him for captain, but I suspect plenty of lineups will feature him prominently in the larger tournaments.

D’Andre Swift, RB, Bears (FLEX $9,600, CPT $14,400)

Swift has been versatile throughout the season, clearly getting more touches than backup Kyle Monangai in recent games. His dual-threat capability as a runner and receiver should keep him active, and he could be crucial if the Bears find themselves trailing or going for the lead.

Luther Baden, WR, Bears (FLEX $7,000, CPT $10,500)

Baden didn’t shine against the Packers last week, managing three catches for 42 yards on seven targets. But remember, he has serious upside. Just a few games ago, he caught eight passes for 138 yards and a touchdown against the 49ers, and before that, he snagged six passes for 84 yards against the Browns. Priced at just $7,000 on FanDuel, he seems like a great value given his potential.

Colby Parkinson, TE, Rams (FLEX $5,400, CPT $8,100)

Parkinson only saw three targets last week but remarkably caught two touchdowns. In the last 10 games, he has nine touchdowns to his name, along with 16 red zone targets. His target numbers could drop with Tyler Higbee returning, plus possibly Terrence Ferguson. Although his efficiency might take a hit, his price is reasonable, and it looks like Stafford trusts him in critical situations.

Kyle Monangai, RB, Bears (FLEX $5,800, CPT $8,700)

Monangai hasn’t made a big impact recently, but he’s still averaging over ten looks per game. If Swift is the captain, I might hesitate to pick him, yet at that price point, he could deliver decent value.
