Melania Film Faces Opposition Ahead of Release

As the release date for the film “Melania” approaches on January 30th, it seems the backlash is intensifying. This appears to be an attempt to undermine its box office success during opening weekend. “This kind of bizarre, aggressive action from the left could really make a difference,” Jerome Hudson, the Entertainment Editor at Breitbart News, remarked on the Alex Marlowe Show broadcasted on the Salem Radio Network.

Hudson highlighted a left-leaning social media group known as “Occupy Democrats.” While he hesitated to say their name outright, he believed acknowledging them was necessary. “They’re one of the largest left-wing platforms out there,” he noted. “They’re sharing images of people vandalizing posters that Amazon has displayed to promote the film nationwide, from Los Angeles to New York.”

“Their attacks are getting more intense,” Marlowe added. “It looks like the left is ramping up its efforts to damage this movie.”

Hudson pointed out that the animosity from the left and the media toward Melania Trump is not new. For example, Vogue magazine notoriously declined to feature her on its cover, opting instead for Hillary Clinton, Michelle Obama, and Kamala Harris.

“This same media has portrayed Melania Trump as the most controversial first lady in American history,” Hudson remarked.

“To their credit, Amazon MGM Studios has made efforts to promote the film, putting up posters in various locations worldwide, including a stunning display at the Sphere in Las Vegas. They’ve received significant media attention regarding the promotion, encouraging everyone to catch it in theaters this Friday.”

Hudson expressed optimism that “Melania” could still dominate the box office this weekend, citing examples of conservative content that has risen to the top without massive media support. “Look at songs like Aaron Lewis’ ‘Am I the Only One’ and Jason Aldean’s ‘Try That in a Small Town.’ They topped the charts despite limited radio play,” he explained. “This shows us that when conservatives see content that aligns with their values, they don’t need elite media validation to make it successful.”

The film “Melania” is set to hit theaters nationwide starting January 30th.
