Kathy Griffin Angers Over 'Nonsense' 'Melania' Film About 'Nazi' Melania Trump

Kathy Griffin, a left-leaning comedian, recently shared a video on social media urging her followers to identify their “MAGA neighbors,” suggesting that they be avoided and potentially harassed. In her remarks, she also referred to First Lady Melania Trump as a Nazi.

In the video, Griffin addressed accusations that she encouraged fans to create lists targeting neighbors with conservative views. Upon reading the claims, she acknowledged that they were entirely accurate.

“Yes, that’s right,” she stated, asserting that agents from the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) are infiltrating liberal circles.

“I want you to remember that even though there are currently occupied states in America, ICE is everywhere,” she expressed during her rant.

“I need to be aware of who’s MAGA and who’s not, because, honestly, it feels like there are two sides now,” she remarked. “We’re seeing deportations, violence, and discussions about this strange agency that popped up in 2003.”

Griffin continued, cautioning her audience not to place too much blame on Democrats since they are in the minority in Congress.

Next, she criticized Melania Trump, particularly in light of a new biopic. “I call her ‘Melanie’ for some reason, and I think it bothers her,” Griffin noted, suggesting that Melania likely doesn’t think much of her opinion.

She added, “Melanie isn’t the classy first lady some might think she is. It’s amusing when people claim she’s more sophisticated compared to Michelle Obama, who was genuinely admirable.”

“Let’s be real; there are nude photos of her, which is significant. Is this really our classy First Lady?” she questioned.

“And now Amazon is backing a not-so-great documentary about her,” she continued. “Melania isn’t just a victim; she’s complicit in a lot of troubling things. Don’t be misled.”

Griffin has a history of making extreme remarks, including wishing death upon those with opposing views. Just last month, she stated that President Trump should die.

She has also propagated claims that Trump rigged the upcoming election and labeled him a “fascist dictator.” In her extended rant, she mentioned that having children was an “unwise” decision, falsely asserted that Trump was creating “concentration camps” for Democrats, and criticized the U.S. as “racist and sexist.”

As reported earlier, Griffin has acknowledged her personal struggles, describing her life as a “mess” and grappling with mental health challenges.

She faced intense backlash in 2017 after posing with a fake bloody head resembling President Trump, which led to public outrage and calls for boycotts of her work. Subsequently, she lost numerous comedy gigs and was dropped from CNN’s New Year’s Eve special later that year.

Griffin expressed regret in a video message, admitting she had “crossed a line” with the beheading joke.
