Threats Against Federal Agents Lead to Arrest

The Department of Justice has arrested a man for making threats against federal employees, specifically targeting Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents. This individual, Kyle Wagner, 37, openly identified himself as a member of Antifa and urged violent actions against ICE agents, according to multiple social media posts.

Wagner’s threats included calls for his followers to “forcefully confront, assault, obstruct, oppose, and resist federal officers.” He also referred to these agents as “Gestapo” and “murderers.” In a press release, U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi condemned Wagner’s aggressive remarks and outlined the seriousness of his claims.

Reportedly, Wagner shared personal information about law enforcement and boasted about being involved in past violence in the city. He allegedly wrote on January 6, “I’ve already shed blood for this city,” signaling that he was prepared for further action against ICE. The following day, he instructed others to “neutralize” agents, stating, “If it has to be done at gunpoint, let’s have some fun.”

The Justice Department claims Wagner’s threats were backed by substantial online evidence, including many screenshots of his incendiary comments. A 31-page complaint details these interactions, showing the extent of his threats to harm ICE agents. His arrest was recorded by local news outlets, which noted that he was wearing a shirt proclaiming, “I’M ANTIFA.”

Wagner faces charges for cyberstalking and making threatening communications. Bondi emphasized the message conveyed by these arrests, asserting that those who target law enforcement cannot evade capture. “If you come to law enforcement, the Trump administration will come for you,” she added.
