Jamie Lee Curtis Criticizes Trump Administration as 'Appalling,' Says ICE is Being Used to Divert Attention from Epstein Documents

Actress Jamie Lee Curtis criticized the Trump administration, calling it “disgusting” and asserting that US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is being used as a “diversion from the Epstein case.”

“Every day, you think you’ve reached your limit for shock, yet there’s always something new,” Curtis mentioned. “The way this administration treats its citizens, voters, and those in need is inhumane. It’s truly abhorrent.”

“The situation at ICE is spiraling out of control,” someone commented, adding that they found themselves “just trying to ignore the Epstein files,” and feeling angrier than ever.

Curtis made these remarks while attending the opening of Project Angel Food’s new kitchen and campus in Hollywood.

“Today feels like we’re all part of a community, similar to what they experienced in Minnesota, and our mission aligns with theirs,” she stated during her speech at the event.

“And we can only achieve change if we unite against these challenges,” Curtis emphasized.

The star, known for her role in *Halloween*, represents a growing number of celebrities expressing their concerns over ICE activities in recent times.

Recently, HBO’s *Game of Thrones* actor Peter Dinklage read a poem in memory of ICE critic Renee Goode, who was tragically killed by a federal agent’s vehicle.

Rapper Bad Bunny, who made headlines for refusing to stand during “God Bless America” at a Yankees game, set a tone for the “ICE out” sentiment voiced at the Grammy Awards. Country singer Shabouzi remarked in his acceptance speech, “immigrants built this country.”

Last week, singer Roseanne Cash asked anyone who supports the Trump administration to unfollow her on social media, while also calling for defunding ICE and prosecuting its agents.

Meanwhile, *The Breakfast Club* star Molly Ringwald labeled the Trump administration a “fascist government” and cautioned that endorsing Trump’s immigration policies could lead Americans to be accused of treason when the left regains power.

Giancarlo Esposito, known for portraying Gus Fring in *Breaking Bad*, encouraged people to join the “revolution” against ICE but acknowledged, somewhat chillingly, that as many as “50 million” might perish as a result, while asserting, “the rest will survive.”

“They can’t defeat us all,” he continued, suggesting that if worldwide protests erupted against leaders like Putin or Washington, the consequences could be severe. However, “the rest of us can survive,” he concluded.
