McCaffrey Makes a Splash at Abercrombie Fashion Show
SAN FRANCISCO — Christian McCaffrey, usually known for his football prowess, surprised many on Saturday by stepping onto a fashion show runway.
The 49ers running back, alongside his wife Olivia Culpo, attended a showcase featuring Abercrombie’s latest apparel as part of the Super Bowl week festivities. They weren’t the only ones dazzling the audience; several other celebrities also strutted their stuff.
Notable appearances included CeeDee Lamb, Amon Ra St. Brown, Tee Higgins, and Cooper Dejean, all showcasing stylish outfits as well.
The event boasted a star-studded crowd, highlighted by NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell sitting front and center.
Other famous faces included DeAndre Hopkins, Jackson Dart, Jordan Love, and Trevor Lawrence.
McCaffrey shared with the California Post that his journey into fashion is relatively new, emphasizing that it required some time for him to fully grasp its significance.

“It took me a while to really understand fashion and what it meant,” he remarked, sporting a mostly denim look at the Abercrombie presentation.
“In recent years, I’ve grown to appreciate fashion as an essential form of self-expression. It allows me to convey my energy without words, and I’m thankful for the chance to create looks that reflect that.”
He credited Culpo, a former Miss Universe, for significantly impacting his perspective on style.
“It’s been a big contribution,” he said. “She’s taught me so much and has helped me see fashion in ways I never imagined.”
Higgins echoed McCaffrey’s sentiments, noting how his own style has shifted from casual sweatpants and T-shirts to more sophisticated outfits. “I never imagined I’d be involved in a fashion show,” he confessed, reflecting on how some family members encouraged him to explore this path.
All attendees mingled and shared conversations during the event. While Higgins noted that Lamb might be the most stylish player in the NFL, McCaffrey expressed his desire to explore the fashion world even further. “It’s a lot of fun,” he concluded. “I’m definitely interested in pursuing it.”
