Emails reveal Jeffrey Epstein’s supposed secret girlfriend proposed he bring in slaves.

Emails reveal Jeffrey Epstein's supposed secret girlfriend proposed he bring in slaves.

Newly uncovered emails reveal that Shelley Lewis, who is thought to have been Jeffrey Epstein’s secret girlfriend, once talked about wanting kids with him and even proposed looking for women related to slave descendants.

In Epstein’s emails, it’s clear that Lewis, a Briton living in New York, remained involved with him even after he was convicted for having sex with a minor.

Reportedly, she and Epstein had a romantic relationship in the early 2000s when she was only 22. At one point, she shared a CNN article about the Gullah-Geechee community, descendants of enslaved Africans brought to America in the 1700s.

One email from 2012 shows her asking, “Where can I find new help?” but she didn’t provide any context.

In various messages, Lewis expressed affection, telling him in 2010, “I just gave you the great gift of allowing you to ‘do what you have to do with grace,’” and later in 2014, “I love you!!!”

She once sent a whimsical email in 2010 with a photo of a small pig dressed as a tiger, to which he replied that it symbolized the opposite of what he dealt with daily.

In a 2017 email exchange, she referenced “baby chatting” and asked when they would meet again. She reassured him, saying, “Don’t worry, there’s no need to panic about the baby.”

Notably, there’s no indication that Lewis had knowledge of Epstein’s criminal actions during their interactions.

Here are the latest updates on the Jeffrey Epstein documents released by the Department of Justice.

Lewis has never made a public statement about their alleged relationship. At the time of their purported romance, she frequently traveled on Epstein’s private jet. While she would eventually be 46, their relationship reportedly started when she was 22 back in 1999.

According to reports, they first met while she worked in the contemporary art department at Christie’s auction house in New York.

The news about their relationship surfaced after Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein’s associate, was arrested. Maxwell urged Epstein to clarify that their relationship had ended.

She had expressed a desire for Lewis to affirm her status as just a friend, suggesting Lewis came from a “different background.” Epstein acknowledged her request, responding, “That’s fine.”
