Rep. Gill Questions Bondi on Biden-Harris DOJ Misusing the Justice System

Representative Brandon Gill (R-Texas) raised concerns during a House Judiciary Committee hearing regarding the actions of the Biden-Harris Department of Justice (DOJ), questioning Attorney General Pam Bondi about perceived abuses of the justice system.

During the session, Gill pointed out various incidents where, under former President Biden and Vice President Harris, the DOJ allegedly seized “the phones of sitting Republican members of Congress” and permitted former special counsel Jack Smith to “spy on more than a dozen Republican members of Congress.”

“I have a number of questions that I’m hoping to get through quickly,” Gill remarked. “Could you confirm if the Biden-Harris Department of Justice conducted a raid on President Trump’s residence?”

“They did,” Bondi acknowledged.

“Did the Biden-Harris Justice Department authorize Jack Smith to spy on more than a dozen Republican members?” Gill pressed on.

“Of course,” Bondi affirmed.

“And did they seize the phones of sitting Republican members of Congress?” Gill inquired, to which Bondi answered, “Yes.”

Gill then questioned whether the Biden-Harris DOJ and Jack Smith had “paid at least $20,000 to a confidential source” for information about President Donald Trump. Bondi responded, “At least.”

“Couldn’t the Biden-Harris Department of Justice and FBI have arrested those who placed pipe bombs near the Capitol prior to January 6th?” Gill asked, to which Bondi replied, “Yes.”

Gill also asked if the Biden-Harris DOJ classified his parents as “domestic terrorists,” to which Bondi responded, “Absolutely.”

He went further to question whether the Biden-Harris DOJ targeted “pro-life Catholics” and questioned priests and choir leaders. Bondi confirmed, “Yes.”

Among his inquiries, Gill also asked if the Biden-Harris DOJ had hindered “the criminal investigation and prosecution of Hunter Biden,” to which Bondi called that an “understatement.”

In closing, the Texas congressman expressed appreciation for Bondi’s efforts, stating, “A lot of the issues are being addressed.”

“Thank you for refocusing the Department of Justice on the rule of law,” Gill added.
