Democratic Representative Khanna Names 4 Men in Epstein Files Unrelated to Epstein

Khanna Reveals Names Linked to Epstein Files, Questions DOJ Actions

Rep. Ro Khanna (D-Calif.) spoke on the House floor this Tuesday, disclosing names tied to a file about the late convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. However, notably, four of those men have no real connection to Epstein.

In his address, Khanna stated he highlighted six individuals whose names had been previously redacted, following a review of what he described as “unredacted material” alongside Rep. Thomas Massey (R-Ky.). Two of the identified men include Leslie Wexner, the former CEO of Victoria’s Secret, and Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem, CEO of DP World, as reported.

The others listed were Salvatore Nuala, Zurab Micheladze, Leonid Leonov, and Nicola Caputo. Wexner’s legal team clarified that back in 2019, an assistant U.S. attorney informed Wexner’s attorney that he was not a target of the investigation at all.

“The assistant U.S. attorneys communicated to Mr. Wexner’s counsel that he was regarded as a source of information pertaining to Epstein,” his legal representative noted. “Mr. Wexner cooperated fully, even offering background insight on Epstein, but has since not been contacted further.”

Khanna later expressed gratitude to a reporter for confirming that the mentioned individuals had nothing to do with Epstein’s criminal activities. He voiced frustration over the DOJ’s handling of the situation, stating it created confusion for innocent individuals and failed to protect survivors of abuse.

According to reports, two of the men Khanna identified denied having any knowledge of Epstein. One mentioned he was unaware that his name had been connected to Epstein until he was approached by the media.

In conversations with a news outlet, both men strongly denied associations with Epstein. One mentioned being completely oblivious to his name being linked with Epstein until contacted by the press, explaining that their past unrelated arrests could have led to their images appearing in a police lineup.

Salvatore Nuarte from Queens reached out after hearing his name mentioned. He expressed frustration, questioning how he could rectify the situation, doubting the DOJ’s handling of the matter.

Additionally, Sulayem has made numerous appeals relating to his position, claiming that the DOJ has already faced consequences for their actions. Meanwhile, it has been reported that Wexner is mentioned nearly 200 times within the files related to Epstein.
