Team USA hockey invitation raises feminist anger over perceived deception

This Sunday, President Trump grabbed headlines by inviting the Olympic men’s hockey team to his upcoming State of the Union address after their gold medal victory at the Milan-Cortina Olympics.

However, it’s not just Trump’s gesture that has stirred up some controversy among critics.

FBI Director Kash Patel joined the celebrations in the locker room, connecting the players on speakerphone to share a message with Trump.

Trump is set to deliver his State of the Union address this Tuesday night. He mentioned, “We could send military planes or something, but today is the coolest night and the biggest speech.”

During his speech, one player chimed in enthusiastically, saying, “We’re in it.”

“I’ve got to tell you, we need to include a women’s team. You know, I think we might even get impeached,” he added.

Jason Whitlock, a host on Blaze TV, expressed his excitement over the men’s Olympic win and dismissed the backlash to Trump’s invitation as “fool’s gold” and “fake outrage.”

“All the feminists and Marxists are pretending that Trump and the men’s hockey team did something wrong, acting like, ‘Well, the women won gold too,'” he remarked.

Whitlock joked about the state of women’s hockey, questioning if there are even three countries that take it seriously.

The men’s hockey event, in contrast, has been part of the Olympics since 1920.

“In 106 years, we’ve bagged three gold medals in men’s hockey. It’s a big deal when the men win, even if we’re not the strongest team. Canada typically is. Don’t let the shiny medal deceive you,” he said.

He concluded that neither Trump nor Patel need to apologize. “The U.S. men’s hockey team shouldn’t have to apologize either, as Trump was addressing a group of men who had just achieved something remarkable.”
