Brett Veach is keeping details about his upcoming wedding under wraps.
During a conversation with ESPN’s Peter Schrager at the NFL’s annual gathering in Arizona, the Chiefs general manager was asked if he was invited to the wedding of Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift.
“Um, let’s see,” he replied, somewhat evasively, on the “Schrager Hour” program. “I can’t say either way.”
When pressed further by Schrager, Veach responded, “That seems like the toughest question you could ask me.”
“Feel free to ask me off the record about who will be in the nine during this month’s NFL draft. I can tell you who those nine will be, but I can’t say anything about the wedding,” the GM, who’s been in his role for eight years, added.
This offseason has been quite active for Kansas City’s management, especially after they signed Kelce to a one-year contract worth $12 million guaranteed last month.
The three-time Super Bowl-winning tight end is set for his 14th season in Kansas City.
“I still love this game. I still enjoy going to work, putting on my pads, and polishing my skills,” Kelce shared on “The Pat McAfee Show” in March.
The Chiefs had a challenging 2025 season, finishing with a record of 6 wins and 11 losses, and they did not qualify for the playoffs.
Star quarterback Patrick Mahomes dealt with a torn ACL in December but is eager to return early in the season.
As spring practice approaches, Kelce and his teammates are preparing, but among their priorities this offseason is Kelce’s wedding.
Both Kelce and Swift are 36 years old, and there’s talk that they plan to tie the knot this summer—almost a year after the NFL star proposed.
“Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married,” Swift announced via a joint Instagram post last August.
Reports indicate that the couple will exchange vows on June 13 at Ocean House, a luxury resort in Rhode Island.
They have been a couple since 2023.
