The Knicks-Hawks playoff series is all tied up as it heads to Atlanta for Game 3 tonight.
In this best-of-seven matchup, the Knicks secured a win in Game 1 with a score of 113-102. However, the Hawks managed to clinch Game 2, narrowly winning 107-106.
Despite entering the fourth quarter down by 12, Atlanta staged a comeback, with CJ McCollum leading the way, scoring a remarkable 32 points. The Knicks had a chance to clinch it at the last second, but Mikal Bridges’ shot missed just as the buzzer sounded.
This marks only the second occasion in the history of the franchise where the Knicks led at the end of the third but ultimately lost, sitting at a record of 40 wins to 2 losses overall in previous playoffs.
As for logistics, Game 3 is slated for April 23rd at 7 PM ET at State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia. This game, along with others in the series, will be streamed on Prime Video.
