Congressman Claims to Have Observed Astonishing Classified UFO Reports That Challenge All Logic

Concerns Raised Over UFO Sightings by Rep. Tim Burchett

This week, Rep. Tim Burchett from Tennessee referenced a concerning classified report regarding UFO sightings he claims to have experienced, following President Donald Trump’s hints about the Pentagon potentially releasing related government documents.

“There are people out there seeing something,” Burchett informed News Nation host Elizabeth Vargas while discussing the government’s terminology shift to UAPs, or “unidentified aerial/anomalous phenomena.”

In February, President Trump announced he had directed the federal government to identify and disclose all pertinent files concerning UFOs. Just a week ago, he expressed that this release would commence shortly.

Burchett’s comments arise amidst a series of incidents involving missing and deceased scientists tied to critical aviation research.

He mentioned that, while there are limits to what can be shared in classified discussions, he could provide an astonishing military report example.

He recounted a conversation with an admiral, where he was informed of a sonar-detected object that measured “about the size of a football field” and was recorded moving “over 200 miles per hour” underwater.

Burchett asserted, “We don’t have anything of that capacity or scale.” He’s emerged as one of the most vocal advocates on this topic. He remarked:

We’ve witnessed images and videos showcasing phenomena that defy our understanding, yet many attribute it to “ours,” or classify it as Russian or Chinese. If it were China, they’d dominate us. If it were Russia, they wouldn’t be bogged down in Ukraine.

If it belonged to us, we’d never endanger our pilots flying half-billion-dollar aircraft against such anomalies. These objects can hover for hours before shooting straight up or maneuvering at angles.

On Piers Morgan’s Uncensored show, Burchett also alluded to reports of underwater probes, indicating that military personnel making such reports often face psychiatric evaluations afterward.

He expressed dissatisfaction with the federal government’s transparency and suggested that, despite Trump’s announcement, the documents might not be made public. “For some reason, this feels like it’s on hold,” he told Morgan. “I don’t have faith in our federal government to disclose such matters.”

Burchett’s remarks followed Trump’s recent declaration at a Turning Point USA event about the imminent “first public release” of documents associated with these sightings.

This past February, Trump proclaimed his intention to lift the secrecy surrounding UAPs.

On Truth Social, he stated:

Considering the significant interest shown, I will instruct the Secretary of the Army and other relevant agencies to initiate the process of identifying and releasing government files related to UFOs, aliens, UAPs, and any other information on these complex and intriguing issues. God bless America!

This suggestions that the government has been covertly documenting these encounters since the revelations by government agencies in 2017. The Department of Defense even operates a unit dedicated to studying UAPs.

Former President Obama lent credence to the conversation, saying earlier this year that he believes in the existence of aliens, but noted that the government isn’t concealing any information. He later clarified that his viewpoint stemmed from the vastness of the universe.

Burchett echoed calls for full transparency about the files on this matter during his appearance on News Nation. “Just release the information and let folks form their own opinions,” he remarked. “I have my own theory about it, but I trust that the U.S. can manage it.”
