Sara Gonzales addresses the owner of the supposed H-1B visa and autism center fraud — insider reveals everything

Investigation into Alleged H-1B Visa Fraud Uncovered

In January, Sarah Gonzalez from BlazeTV released a report that shed light on potential H-1B visa fraud in Texas. Fast forward to Tuesday, she published another video diving deeper into her findings regarding a facility suspected of masquerading as both a daycare and an autism center, though it seemed largely inactive during her visit.

The investigation took an intriguing twist when Gonzalez encountered a whistleblower who provided startling revelations about the operation. Outside the building, she confronted the owner directly.

Gonzalez began her video outside what was once known as the Golden Acorn Academy, now called Allen Infantry Hospital. She noted that the daycare is run by a holding company named Golden Qi Holdings LLC, with ties to the DFW ABA Center, which specializes in autism treatment.

During her exploration, Gonzalez observed that the premises were nearly empty and devoid of children. The playground appeared poorly maintained, with overgrown grass and weeds taking over.

Referring to data from USCIS, she revealed that the facility had not only claimed to offer daycare services but also sponsored “37 H-1B workers” and submitted “55 work condition applications.” “It’s concerning when you look at the data,” Gonzalez noted, questioning the necessity for roles like ‘market research analyst’ or ‘supply chain analyst’ at a daycare. Yet, the company informed the U.S. government that it needed foreign workers for these positions.

What initially seemed like a straightforward investigation grew more complex when she connected with the whistleblower, who spoke candidly about the situation. He claimed that the H-1B visa worker wasn’t employed in the reported field and that immigration officials were aware of the details surrounding his visa, having investigated him multiple times over the past few years.

The whistleblower also accused the owners of selling visas and underpaying their visa holders when they arrived in the U.S., describing the company as a mere “stepping stone” for immigration pathways.

Gonzalez also pressed an individual who appeared to be the company owner. Speaking in broken English, he suggested she communicate with a lawyer instead. But Gonzalez persisted, demanding clarification on the claimed visa operations.

After some back-and-forth, the man retreated to a striking “metallic rose gold BMW” with butterfly doors. “Is your father a member of the Chinese Communist Party?” she called out as he shut the car door.

He drove away but not before warning her, “If you don’t leave, I’m calling the police!” To which Gonzalez retorted, “I’m calling the police for cheating my system!” as he sped off.

With her investigation wrapped up for the day, Gonzalez expressed that she and her team still have numerous unanswered questions. They intend to report their findings to both USCIS and the Department of Labor.
