Authorities stated the boy was arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon, KTVU-TV reported.
“This situation is incredibly distressing for our students, families, staff, and the community,” the police department remarked.
Officers were dispatched around 4:30 p.m. in response to reports of a fight involving several individuals. The stabbing was confirmed to have occurred at Westmoor High School.
