Elliot Page’s Boxing Journey

Elliot Page recently shared a photo on Instagram that highlights his impressive physique. The post is a nod to his boxing coach, Nolan Hanson, based in New York.

In the picture, the “Odyssey” actor is wearing red shorts, white sneakers, and is showing a thumbs up alongside Hanson after a workout session.

Page also uploaded two videos showcasing his skills in the boxing ring, throwing jabs and uppercuts while training with Hanson.

In his caption, the 39-year-old actor expressed how fortunate he felt to have Hanson as a trainer. He praised Hanson’s ability to break down complex movements and his strategic approach to boxing, which he acknowledged as being both technical and psychological.

For Page, training with Hanson has become an essential aspect of his daily routine. He recommended the coach to anyone interested in boxing, adding a light warning: “Be careful, you might get hooked like I did.”

Fans reacted enthusiastically to Page’s toned appearance in the comments section. One user remarked on the drastic change, saying, “Brothers torn apart,” while another complimented him, declaring, “Oh my god, you’re jacked! You look great!”

Many comments praised his abs, with playful quips like, “You could grate cheese on Paige’s abs.” Another admirer stated, “Holy cowking 🔥🔥🔥 You are absolutely gym goals. Congratulations on your accomplishment!!!”

Since coming out as transgender in 2020, Page has integrated a virtual training program into his routine, allowing him to continue boxing while on the move. He shared that he uses his Quest VR headset to stay active, emphasizing how it makes workouts accessible during his travels.

The “X-Men” actor mentioned he’s not particularly fond of traditional gym workouts, but enjoys the element of fun that virtual training brings. “It’s good for stress, it’s good for all kinds of things,” he said, referring to how transformative this fitness approach has been for him and others. “I can’t stress it enough.”
