Tourists flock to Epstein’s former NYC townhouse for selfies

Tourists have flocked to Jeffrey Epstein's former Manhattan townhouse, and neighbors say new buyers have tried to smear blood and feces on the building's golden façade. It is said that he is fighting against the destroyers.

During a random visit by The Post on Wednesday afternoon, three groups were seen taking selfies outside a home on East 71st Street, including 170 people associated with the late pedophile. This was just hours before potentially explosive court documents containing these identities began to be released. .

The people who took the photos all admitted to stopping by Tony Digg because of its association with Epstein.

One visitor from the UK, in his 30s, said he was “doing the tourist thing on vacation” while in the Big Apple.

Other groups, including families with children and young couples, declined to comment.

The lavish mansion where Epstein once preyed on underage women and entertained some of the world's most powerful men was abandoned after Epstein was arrested in 2019 for sex trafficking and subsequent prison suicide. It was left on the market with an $88 million price tag.

The $51 million heist that ended up being carried out by former Goldman Sachs executive Michael Duffy in the spring of 2021 was one of Manhattan's largest residential heists.

Officials say Duffy has “completely remodeled the interior of the house, both physically and mentally,” but the extensive work also apparently erases the city's memory of what happened on the block. It seems like it wasn't possible.

“Recently we had to cover our front door with plywood. People were throwing things at the front door. And they would come and smear blood on it. Three times as much blood. There was twice as much blood,” a neighbor wrote in Wednesday's post. told the paper.

“We had to cover the door with plywood and then the door stopped. I don't know if it was caused by the dogs or the humans, but it was bad. They came over and there was blood on the door. I’m writing stuff. All kinds of crazy stuff.”

The neighbor recalled seeing Epstein regularly when he lived on the street, adding that even though the pervert would occasionally stop and talk, “he wasn't that friendly.”

A new set of court documents released Wednesday night is expected to reveal the names of more than 170 people who were associated with, colluded with, or preyed upon by Epstein, and are expected to reveal their names in the coming weeks. The number of visitors may increase.
