Estelle Garcia, an attorney for the alleged victim, told The Associated Press on Friday that her office filed the legal complaint. Spanish newspaper La Vanguardia reported that Garcia had filed a complaint with Catalan police in Barcelona.
In the video, an image purported to be of a young woman is displayed along with information that appears to reveal her name and other personal data.

Prosecutors also asked the Barcelona-based court to ensure privacy for the trial, which is scheduled to begin on February 5.
