Sen. John Fetterman accused South Africa of Israel's genocide.

Speaking Wednesday at the Orthodox Union Advocacy Center, the Pennsylvania Democratic Party criticized the country's decision to take Israel to the International Court of Justice (ICJ).
Fetterman (D-Pa.) said it's ironic that South Africa is accusing Israel of apartheid, given that South Africa practiced racial discrimination until the 1990s.
He then listed all the human rights violations committed by Hamas against the Jewish state.
“Who are they really fighting?” he asked. “It's a bunch of cowards. They hide in tunnels, hide behind civilians, attack, kill and mutilate children and women. Stop talking about proportions about it.”
December 29thth, South Africa filed a lawsuit against Israel accusing the county of committing genocide against the Palestinian people.Oral arguments began on January 11th.th.
It is unclear when the ICJ will issue its decision, but the case is expected to take years to conclude. Previous genocide cases before the ICJ took more than 10 years to reach a final verdict.
