A background actor has filed a lawsuit against actress Mia Goth, claiming he intentionally kicked her in the head while filming a new movie. M○○in.
The lawsuit, filed by James Hunter, alleges that actor Shia LaBeouf's wife, Goss, kicked him while filming a scene in which he was playing a dead man.around variety:
In the lawsuit, Hunter says he was hired for a three-day job to play the role of a “dead parishioner.” On the first night of filming, he lay on the ground for several hours covered in fake blood and “endured ants and mosquitoes.”
In this scene, Goss was supposed to run in front of him, sometimes straddling him, and keep running with his head down. According to the complaint, Goss nearly stomped him on the fourth take. Hunter complained to the second assistant director, who relayed his concerns to Goss.
Hunter said that Goss intentionally kicked Hunter in the head with his boot on the next take, causing a concussion. Ms Hunter said Ms Goss then approached him in the bathroom, where she “taunted, mocked and belittled” him, while not daring to do anything about it.
Hunter then felt dizzy while driving home and had to stop twice. He was scheduled for three days of work, but the casting agency allegedly informed him that the production company would not hire him for the remaining days. Mr. Goss is accused of assault, and studio A24 and director Ti West are accused of wrongful termination.
The lawsuit seeks $500,000 in damages and punitive damages.
At this time, neither Mia Goth nor her representatives have responded to the lawsuit.
