Multimedia mogul Charlamagne tha God said President Biden's disastrous polling was because he was “never a good candidate” and that he was able to win in the first place because of “a series of… He claimed that this was because former President Trump was unable to win re-election due to an unfortunate incident.
In an interview with FOX News Digital, the “Breakfast Club” co-host reiterated his concerns that Trump's return to the White House would spell the “end of democracy” and criticized Biden's candidacy. He said that is why he is so outspoken in his opposition. He says the messaging from him and his administration has been poor.
“Their message sucks. Even if they accomplished some good things while in the White House, no one knows about it,” Charlamagne said. “You saw the article that said Barack Obama went to lunch with Joe Biden and sparked Joe Biden's opinion about the campaign. And, you know, my O.G. from South Carolina You heard Jim Clyburn say he's concerned about Black voters in 2024. And the first thing Joe Biden is going to do is go to my hometown of Charleston, South Carolina. It's my hometown. I go to a black church and then I go to a soul food spot. They've been doing the same thing for years. It's like they've been doing the same old thing for years.”
“Democrats shouldn't just worry about the black vote, because the polls show they're losing with the black vote, they're losing with Latinos, they're losing with independents, they're losing with the youth vote,” he continued. “Like, dammit! Do you guys want to win or not? Because right now it doesn't look like a winning ticket.”
Asked why polls show Biden losing support among voters, Charlamagne said, “Because he sucks as a candidate.”
“Why are we acting like President Biden is the greatest presidential candidate ever?” Charlamagne exclaimed. “I mean, that guy has run many times before and never even got close. For example, with all the unfortunate circumstances of 2020, especially with the coronavirus, the killing of George Floyd, and the protests in the streets. And I think there probably would have been a different outcome in 2020. I mean, in the history of life, he's never been a good candidate. Look at his record when he ran before. I just don't think he's a good messenger in any way shape or form. I don't think he's an inspiration to people. The candidates are sure to inspire you.”
“I used to promote parties. When I was promoting parties, people didn't just come to your party; you had to go out and promote them, We had to offer something to people, whether it was free drinks until 11 o'clock or free women until 11 o'clock. Like, actually offer something to cheer people up. I had to. I want to come to your party. Nobody wants to party with Joe Biden!'' Charlamagne laughed.
“Like I said, it has to be a series of unfortunate events, life-altering, tragic events that make you think, 'Okay, I'm going to go to his event.' does not inspire in any way, shape, or form. Maybe he needs[s] Find some of that Obama or Bill Clinton energy to inspire people, because he's nothing like that. ”

Charlamagne emphasized that the biggest issue on which presidential candidates should campaign is “upward mobility,” asking 2024 presidential candidates, “How are you going to put money in people's pockets? ” he asked.
He said he hears callers talking about financial hardship “every day.”
“How can we keep food on the table? How can we keep a roof over our heads? We talk about affordable health care, right?…Getting affordable health care We need money to even do that. That means everyone needs to focus on that. How can we put money in people's pockets to give them an overall sense of security?” Charlamagne said.
He recalled the stimulus checks sent to Americans during the coronavirus pandemic, but despite the fact that Biden sent stimulus checks as well, people thought the way Trump marketed himself at the time He said he only remembers doing it because of.
“Donald Trump put his name on the first two stimulus checks. Now there are people talking about the $1,200 they received. And Joe Biden — he also put his name on the first two stimulus checks. He came up with a plan — people don't even remember that, because — hey, let's be honest, he's not as good at marketing and he's not as good at messaging as Donald Trump.” Charlamagne said.
“Maybe that's because Donald Trump was never a career politician. Donald Trump was a celebrity. I mean, Donald Trump knows how to draw attention to himself. knows how to give credit to Congress, even though he shouldn't have been the only one to get credit, because the president signs it into law. But it only worked because he put money in people's pockets. People never forget that you put money in people's pockets. That's what candidates should focus on. ”
Not only is Charlamagne a giant in the radio world, he's also expanding his footprint in the world of podcasting. After launching his Black Effect podcast in 2020, he recently launched a politics-centered podcast. The Reasoned Choice Media Podcast Network will be a platform that welcomes all perspectives, he vowed.
“Don't think this is a platform to become a new liberal echo chamber,” Charlamagne told Fox News Digital. “There's going to be a conservative host. And we just hope that a real dialogue begins in this country. Both sides need to tell the truth. And people, and we, too, want to hear both sides' opinions. They should be able to listen and choose who they want to support.”
Reason Choice Media's first podcast, “Native Land Pod,” co-hosted by former CNN contributor Angela Rye, former MSNBC host Tiffany Cross, and former Florida gubernatorial candidate Andrew Gillum, features Rye and former CNN colleague Chris He has already made headlines for accusing Cuomo of calling him. “Tsinny crotch.”
