Republican Arizona Senate candidate Kari Lake has secured the support of two more Senate Republicans in her bid to defeat Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (Ariz.) in what is expected to be a close 2024 race.

Sen. Tommy Tuberville (R-Ala.) and Sen. Roger Marshall (R-Kansas) endorsed former President Donald Trump's surrogate candidacy in the Arizona election in a campaign news release.

“If there's anything I've learned from 40 years of coaching soccer, it's the importance of teamwork,” Tuberville said in a statement. “And if there's anything I learned during my time in the Senate, it's that America needs more common-sense conservatives who are willing to push back against the policies of Washington, D.C., and fight to take back our freedoms. “Kari Lake is just my teammate.” “I need her next to me in the United States Senate. That's why she has my full support.”

Lake said in a statement that he and Tuberville are “born from the same cloth” and “share a relentless drive to save our country.”

“And we need more America First senators to join him on the field and take this country back,” she said.

Marshall said in a statement that Lake is a “straight shooter who works tirelessly to secure our borders, protect our constitutional rights, control inflation and uphold law and order.”

“For these reasons and more, I am honored to support her candidacy for the U.S. Senate,” he said.

Lake said in a statement that Marshall “understands, like me, the need to help women, save babies, and empower families.”

“In the Senate, I look forward to working with him to improve our health care system, defend strong agricultural policies, secure America's borders, and defend the Second Amendment.” I am proud to have received your support,” her statement reads. .

They join No. 3 Republican senators, Republican Conference Chairman John Barrasso (R-Wyo.) and Sen. Tom Cotton (R-Arkansas), who endorsed Lake in December.

Kali Lake has once again been given a major boost, with Republicans increasingly viewing her as a standard-bearer for flipping key Senate seats.

Lake's only major opponent in the Republican primary is Pinal County Sheriff Mark Lamb.

The conservative firebrand has drawn national attention to the 2022 Arizona gubernatorial race, with Trump's allegations of voter fraud becoming a key issue in the campaign. Lake lost to Democrat Katie Hobbs.
