The creator of the TikTok social media account Libs was appointed to a position with the Oklahoma State Department of Education on Tuesday.
Oklahoma State Superintendent Ryan Walters announced that Chaya Reichik has been appointed to the Oklahoma State Department of Education's (OSDE) Library Media Advisory Committee (LMAC).
Walters posted a press statement on his He added that this was because he was at the forefront of showing the world what he was like.

“Chaya Reichik and I have developed a strong partnership to rid our schools of liberal woke indoctrinationists, dirty union peddlers, and Epstein Island apologists. Oklahoma is our school. “She is a fierce defender of conservative values,” he said. “I'm proud to have her in this role.”

Walters' office told Fox News Digital that the LMAC is a “volunteer advisory committee” hand-picked by the superintendent himself. It is made up of parents, librarians, and English literature teachers.
This committee was established to guide the Oklahoma State Board of Education in managing books and materials within K-12 schools and is a committee to remove pornographic and sexual content from Oklahoma's public schools. It is aimed at that.”
Laichik is the woman behind the “Libs of TikTok” social media account, which gained popularity for exposing controversial elements in the education system, such as the sexually explicit content of books.
Libs of TikTok often reposts TikTok videos of left-wing users who support ideas on cultural and racial issues.
Reacting to the announcement, Lajczyk said, “We will eliminate pornography from schools.''
Lajczyk previously worked as a real estate agent in Brooklyn. In 2021, she launched @LibsofTikTok on her X, previously known as Twitter.
“Libs of TikTok” has gained over 2.8 million followers since its inception.

Mr Walters' decision came after seeking exclusion. “Awakened” library standards Guidelines from Oklahoma schools, guidelines created by the American Library Association.

Lajczyk's appointment was met with opposition from some members of Congress, with some questioning his qualifications.
