President Biden was heckled by pro-Palestinian demonstrators during his speech at the United Auto Workers conference in Washington, D.C., on Wednesday, marking the president's second such interruption in recent days.
Biden, who received an endorsement from UAW Chairman Sean Fein on Wednesday, was speaking when demonstrators began chanting “Liberate Gaza.” He was accompanied by others waving Palestinian flags. Video footage shows demonstrators being taken from the room and several union members drowning them out with “UAW” chants.
Also on Tuesday, Biden was repeatedly interrupted by pro-Palestinian demonstrators while speaking at an abortion rights rally in Manassas, Virginia.

His speech was interrupted by multiple protesters shouting criticism of his response. Israel's continued ground attacks in the Hamas-controlled Gaza Strip.
A male demonstrator holding a Palestinian flag shouted, “How many children have we killed?” As security escorted him out, he was drowned out by a crowd chanting “four more years.”
Pro-Palestinian demonstrators are calling on the Biden administration to halt military aid to Israel, citing military operations against Hamas and the unfolding humanitarian crisis in the Gaza Strip. Israel declared war on the terrorist group following an unprecedented and deadly attack on the Israeli community on October 7th.
The UAW endorsed Biden, who is competing with former President Donald Trump for the support of major labor groups.

“Joe Biden bet on American workers, Donald Trump blamed American workers,” Fein said, concluding a three-day rally in Washington, D.C., to map out his political priorities. He spoke at the time. “We need to know who will sit in the most powerful seat in the world, so that we, as a united working class, win. So if we have to get our support, Joe Biden will have our support. I earned it.”
