FACT CHECK: No, Dean Phillips Did Not Win The New Hampshire Primary

There is no evidence for this claim. Phillips himself said he lost the primary.

Fact check:

The New Hampshire primary was held on January 23rd, and Biden won the election despite not appearing on the ballot. BBC news. Phillips ultimately came in second place by a wide margin, the newspaper reported.

Social media users claim that Phillips actually won. One user wrote that he was told by a source that “Phillips received almost twice as many votes as Biden in the New Hampshire primary.” Democrats “discovered” over 50,000 write-in votes to give Biden the “win” so as not to embarrass the president. ”

There is no evidence that Mr. Phillips won the election and received twice as many votes as Mr. Biden. If so, the media would cover it, but no one has.media outlets instead report Phillips lost in the primary.
