North American consumers may be providing feedback to the communist state on how to improve technology through the purchase of Chinese munitions by state-owned manufacturers.
Argus Night Vision is reportedly a Chinese manufacturer of night vision housings and image intensifiers based in Tianjin, China, and sells its products in the United States and Canada.
The company receives preferential treatment from the Chinese government, including preferential tax policies, special government financial incentives, employee retention bonuses, and policy benefits such as office space and wage subsidies.

According to confidential sources, the outlet said the Argus had contacted an American military official and offered to travel to China to provide night vision training and product feedback.
The outlet was unable to corroborate such information with Argus, but was able to confirm that the Canadian company that sells Argus' products does, in fact, drive product development through feedback.

In a video posted on kinetic consulting The YouTube channel said the host was taking classes from the owner of OpFor Night Solutions, who sent the host night vision goggles. The host went on to explain how Argus took suggestions from Canadian business owners and made them the standard for its products.
