15 Facts About E. Jean Carroll’s Case the Media Don’t Want You to Know

There is something strange about Ms. Carroll’s story, and despite an astonishing lack of evidence, she received an award of tens of millions of dollars. Trump supporters say this shows how terrifying the justice system has become if individuals are targeted.

Here are some facts about Carroll’s story that the establishment media doesn’t want the public to know.

1. Bergdorf Goodman does not have surveillance video of the alleged incident.

2. There are zero witnesses to the alleged sexual assault.

3. Carroll conveniently first came forward with the allegations while promoting his book. What do we need men for? In 2019, it featured a list of “The Most Terrifying Men in My Life.”

In fact, one of Carroll’s lawyers is Roberta Kaplan, a Democratic activist who led the group Time’s Up. She left the activist organization after it was revealed that she was supporting former New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo in an effort to discredit his Democratic accusers. This was a great irony as Time’s Up seeks to protect women from what it claims is discrimination and harassment. This fact has fueled speculation that Mr. Kaplan only becomes involved in cases he deems politically expedient.
Additionally, U.S. District Judge Lewis Kaplan is overseeing the process and has ties to Carroll’s other attorney, Sean Crowley. She was actually Judge Kaplan’s law clerk, and he officiated at her wedding.
