Alonzo Mingo, 37, was charged with three counts of second-degree murder. Firearms were also used in the case, and the defendant could face additional time in prison if convicted.

Mingo was accompanied by two other people. Once the three men arrived at the residence, they entered the home posing as UPS employees and held the victim at gunpoint, according to the report.

Mingo was not working at UPS at the time of the incident, but KARE reported that he was employed as a seasonal worker until mid-January.

The complaint further states that a man resembling Mingo filmed the woman on a bedroom camera, later identified as Shannon Patricia Jungwirth, 42. Other victims of the incident include her son, Jorge Alexander Reyes Jungwirth, 20, and Shannon’s husband, Mario Alberto Trejo Estrada, 39, the news agency said. reported. Second report.

Prosecutors said two children under the age of 5 who were in the home may have witnessed the brutal murder. When authorities arrived on the scene, they quickly discovered that all of the victims had been fatally shot in the head.

“The video shows Defendant Mingo and the woman returning to the bedroom, where Defendant Mingo shot the woman in the head at close range near the front door,” the complaint states. “Shortly after, the older child is seen coming into her bedroom crying hysterically.”

According to the sheriff’s office, deputies responded to the home after an unidentified person called 911 and left the line open without speaking. The operator reportedly heard “loud noises in the background.”

“Upon arrival, law enforcement found two men and a woman deceased inside the residence,” the complaint added.

Each murder count in the case could carry a prison sentence of three to 40 years. It is unclear whether Mr. Mingo continues to practice law.
