A wrestling match at a New Jersey high school turned ugly last weekend as parents brawled in the stands.
A video of a wrestling tournament at Phillipsburg High School in Lopatcong Township, Warren County, New Jersey, went viral on social media after the parents started fighting after the match.

A YouTube video focusing on the other two wrestlers captured the brawl starting in the background. A man wearing a white hat and white T-shirt shoves another man wearing a black hoodie.
Things quickly escalated as both parties focused on their wrestling match and other parents got involved.
From there, the child ran further down from the stands, engulfing other parents and causing them to crash to the floor.

The match between young Anderson Diaz and Alexander Finklestein was stopped while the referee helped defuse the situation.

The Phillipsburg School District and Warren County Prosecutor’s Office did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
