A pilot suspected of being a serial stalker has been arrested for the third time in the past four months after tailing a woman from his car.
Michael Arnold, 65, is accused of driving a maroon car slowly behind a woman who had an order of protection, then stopping and driving away, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office. NewsChannel13 reported.
The latest incident occurred on Jan. 12 at Fort Hardy Park in Schuylerville, New York, police said Thursday, but law enforcement would not say whether it was the same victim related to the earlier charges. Ta.

The retired merchant seaman was arrested three times in October for allegedly flying a small single-engine plane over the home of 42-year-old Kathy Wilsch and taking photos of her belongings.
During the law enforcement investigation, detectives discovered a fake Facebook account that Arnold allegedly used to harass and threaten Wilsch’s daughter.

He said he did not know Wilsch on his way to Saratoga Municipal Court in October. “She doesn’t know her. She’s crazy,” he said at the time.
But Wilsch, who owns Revolution Café in the small village of Schuylerville, allegedly shared a video of himself flying around her house and chasing her in his car.

He was indicted on a series of charges in Milton Municipal Court, Saratoga County and Vermont Superior Court in October for using an airport in Vermont, and was first arrested on October 3.
Despite the charges, he was released on bail each time he was arrested in October.

This time, he was held in the Saratoga County Jail without bail.
Schuylerville Mayor Dan Carpenter told Fox News Digital in October that he was concerned about Arnold, who was indicted on a nine-count indictment for allegedly harassing messages.
“The community is concerned about his mental stability,” he said. “What’s the next escalation? If it goes too far, is he willing to fly a plane to Kathy’s house? We live in a small residential area. It’s something that only affects Kathy. It’s not.”

Wilsch told Fox News Digital in October that Arnold, a former customer at the cafe, had been terrorizing her and her family since she rejected his lewd advances in November 2019.
Ms Wilsch said she had been living a nightmare ever since Arnold emailed her a photo of him posing with a nude woman. She tells him that he has crossed the line.
