Sydney Warner, wife of Niners star linebacker Fred Warner, revealed that her doctor cleared her to fly to the Super Bowl at 35 weeks pregnant.

“I was told to really, really stay hydrated and not walk too much on the day. So I’m definitely going to take a vitamin C pack and try not to jump around too much.”

Warner, 27, is one of the best players in the NFL and has been named All-Pro this season and three of the past four.

Sydney said she had to put guardrails in place for herself to not root for her husband too hard.

“I just take things a little slower,” she says. “I don’t jump that high. I’m careful not to scream too loud. I don’t want to do anything too crazy. I’ve learned to pace myself. And baby Warner tells me about I love seeing all the fans excited to talk. It’s really sweet.”

Sidney told the magazine that her first two semesters were “very easy,” and that so far, “the last semester has been a little tough, but I’m getting through it.”

She continued, “I’ve been pleasantly surprised by my experience.”
