Angel Pandiguana Pashar, 22, was charged with reckless endangerment and reckless driving, and investigators said he was in the country illegally and did not have a driver’s license, WNYT reported. Despite this, Paschal was released with a summons to appear, he added.

“This is a violation of the law, as evidenced by the information that the illegal immigrant ignored the fact that he did not have a driver’s license and drove himself to the required ICE appearance at the field office. This is a clear risk to public safety and the failed open borders and bail reform policies must be reversed immediately.”
WNYT noted that Pacher is scheduled to appear in Pittstown Municipal Court on Thursday night, but is unlikely to do so if he is in ICE custody.
