becomes terrible.

It was determined that the driver in question did not have a driver’s license and was in the United States illegally. After he was arrested and released on a citation, he actually drove himself to an ICE office to turn himself in, officials said. told WNYT-TV.

What?

Angel Pandiguana Pashar, 22, was charged with reckless endangerment and reckless driving, and investigators said he was in the country illegally and did not have a driver’s license, WNYT reported. Despite this, Paschal was released with a summons to appear, he added.

Rensselaer County Sheriff Kyle Bourgaud told WNYT that he spoke with ICE and confirmed that Paschal turned himself in to police and is being taken into custody in Batavia, New York.

In addition, WNYT reported, citing authorities, that Mr. Paschal drove himself to the ICE office.

“If it were up to us, he would still be in prison,” Rensselaer County Executive Steve McLaughlin told WNYT. “But we are bound by the laws of this state, and the laws of this state are a mess. ” he said.

McLaughlin added to WNYT: “We’re still surprised.” [Democrat Gov. Kathy Hochul] The government has not issued a statement condemning the incident on Route 7, acknowledging that the failure of open border and bail reform policies nearly cost the girl’s life. ”

WNYT notes that McLaughlin has issued a formal statement on the matter, and county executives have been unable to express their anger.

“This is a violation of the law, as evidenced by the information that the illegal immigrant ignored the fact that he did not have a driver’s license and drove himself to the required ICE appearance at the field office. This is a clear risk to public safety and the failed open borders and bail reform policies must be reversed immediately.”

WNYT noted that Pacher is scheduled to appear in Pittstown Municipal Court on Thursday night, but is unlikely to do so if he is in ICE custody.

anything else?

Brunswick-Brittonkill bus driver Barry Sullivan stopped the 12-year-old girl from leaving the school bus just before she left, WNYT reported.
