Special Counsel Robert Hur released a report concluding that President Joe Biden knowingly retained and released classified military and national security information, but no criminal charges will be filed.

Mr. Hsu’s 345-page report into the mishandling of classified documents during the Obama administration, while Mr. Biden was vice president, was submitted to Congress on Thursday.

“We conclude that the evidence does not establish Mr. Biden’s guilt beyond a reasonable doubt,” the report said. “Given the aggravating and mitigating factors, the prosecution of Mr. Biden is also unjustified.”

Biden’s actions “now”[ed] There are significant risks to national security, given the vulnerability of highly sensitive information to loss or compromise by adversaries of the United States…but these risks are subject to criminal prosecution, the only recourse available to this bureau. “Addressing the situation is not the appropriate remedy here,” the report continued.

“FBI agents recovered these materials from the garage, office, and basement of Mr. Biden’s Wilmington, Delaware, home,” the report said.

Additionally, Biden kept unauthorized notebooks in unlocked drawers and other unsecured locations at his homes in both Virginia and Delaware.

Biden frequently used notebooks during his time as vice president, especially during daily presidential briefings and the National Security Council.

The materials in these notebooks include “notes containing classified documents regarding Afghanistan’s military and foreign policy, as well as Mr. Biden’s handwritten notes relating to classified intelligence sources and methods on national security and foreign policy issues. It was recorded.”

During his investigation, Mr. Xu discovered that Mr. Biden knew about classified documents in his home in 2017. At the time, he was a civilian and no longer in the White House. Biden admitted that before his memoir was published, he shared some of the document’s information with a ghostwriter.

Biden’s ghostwriter will not be charged with obstruction of justice for deleting audio recordings of Biden that had “significant evidentiary value.”

“After learning that a special counsel had been appointed in this matter, Mr. Biden’s ghostwriter released audio recordings of his conversations with Mr. Biden during the writing of his 2017 memoir,” the report said. I deleted it.” “The recording had significant evidentiary value.”

Mr. Hsu argued that it would be difficult to prosecute Mr. Biden because he could appear to jurors as a “sympathetic, well-meaning old man with a poor memory.”

“(It’s) a serious felony that requires intentional insanity, and it would be difficult to convince a jury that the former president, who was already in his 80s, should be convicted,” he said.

“Mr. Biden will likely present himself to the jury as he did when we interviewed him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory,” Ho wrote, adding that Biden He added: “He’s someone that a lot of jurors would want to support.” Identifying reasonable suspicion. ”

It has also become clear that Biden’s memory is vague. The Democrat did not remember when he was vice president, and it was unclear when he was Obama’s right-hand man.

The reassessment comes as many citizens are concerned about Biden and his ability to run the country.

According to a poll from NBC, 76% of voters are concerned about Biden’s age. He is currently 81 years old. If he is elected to a second term, he will be 86 years old when he retires.

Towards the end of the report, Mr. Xu also said that this case was different from Mr. Trump’s mishandling of documents because Mr. Biden claimed to have been cooperative with investigators.th The president was not.

“Mr. He also committed obstruction of justice.”
