Israel on Saturday revealed a major Hamas intelligence tunnel located partially beneath the Gaza headquarters of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA), which has recently lost funding due to involvement in terrorism by its staff.
These findings were found in the following ranges: @UNRWA Facility:

In a joint statement on Saturday, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) and the Israel Security Agency (ISA, or Shin Bet, or Shabak) said:
Over the past two weeks, Israel Defense Forces and ISA forces have carried out targeted division-level raids against terrorist targets in northern and central Gaza.
The troops operated in the Shati and Tel al-Hawa areas of northern Gaza. As part of this operation, approximately 120 Hamas terrorists were killed and 20 terrorist infrastructure facilities were destroyed.
Following information from ISA, the troops arrived at a tunnel shaft near a UNRWA school. The shaft led to an underground terror tunnel that serves as a key asset for Hamas’s military intelligence service, and passed beneath a building that serves as UNRWA’s headquarters in the Gaza Strip.
The tunnel was 700 meters long and 18 meters deep and had several blast doors. Various intelligence assets were seized during the operation. The newly discovered information will enable the force to carry out operations against additional Hamas targets. Demolition of the tunnels weakens Hamas’s intelligence capabilities.
The forces discovered electrical infrastructure in a tunnel leading to UNRWA’s headquarters, indicating that there was an underground tunnel underneath and that UNRWA facilities were providing power to the tunnel.
Following these discoveries, and based on preliminary information from the ISA, forces conducted a targeted raid on UNRWA’s central headquarters, which houses the offices of various humanitarian and international organizations. A large amount of weapons including rifles, ammunition, grenades and explosives were found inside the building. Information and documents discovered in the UNRWA official’s office confirmed that the office was indeed also used by Hamas terrorists.
UNRWA has suffered funding cuts from several donor countries, including the United States, after it was revealed that at least a dozen of its staff took part in the October 7 Hamas terrorist attack. UNRWA also perpetuates the idea that Palestinians will one day return to Israel. It has been revealed that they expelled Israelis and indoctrinated Palestinian children into believing it.
