Andy Reid thinks Travis Kelce has been able to control his notorious temper and even praised him for it. And at Sunday’s Super Bowl, Reid learned in dramatic fashion that Kelce clearly hasn’t resolved his anger issues.

But ironically, Reed credited Kelce with managing his anger in an interview with CBS’s Bill Cowher.
“The players have always been really good,” Reid told Cowher before Kansas City’s 25-22 victory in the Super Bowl. “Now he had a short temper, so he would get wild and do weird things on the field. He was defiant early on, but he grew right before our eyes.
“He always had that heart, a kind heart, but he needed to grow out of other things.”

Reed chalked up Kelce’s extreme sideline behavior to his “fierce” nature.
Reed: “He came out of nowhere” Said NBC Sports after the game. “But that’s what he is. He’s so tight. He says, ‘Don’t leave me out!’ I’m fine! I can! ‘I love the intensity of it. It radiates. ”
Kelce became enraged and punched Reed, before Reed himself radiated several inches to the right.
However, Kelce got his wish. He finished as Kansas City’s top receiver with nine catches and 93 yards, although he only had one catch during the sideline meltdown late in the first half.
