Fox’s first appearance:Senator Ted Cruz (R-Texas) has announced that he will support Republican Bernie Moreno in the battleground race for the Ohio Senate.
In his endorsement, Cruz emphasized that the race will be critical to determining which party wins the Senate majority in 2024, as Republicans seek to flip the chamber.
“Now more than ever, we need to rally behind the candidates who will help return the Senate to a Republican majority,” Cruz said in a press release first obtained by Fox News Digital. “Bernie Moreno has what it takes to win the election and join the fight against Joe Biden and his radical policies. I’m proud to support him. I look forward to working with him in the Senate.””
